For all other items we offer a gift wrapping service. The cost of this service is £4.00 and we use the same unique boxes as mentioned above. A giftcard is also included for a personal message. Some items, due to their size, are not able to be gift wrapped. Where that is the case it is indicated next to that particular product.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If however any items do not meet your expectations, please return them in perfect condition with original packaging, along with a completed returns slip (available from customer services at Contact Us), within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment.

Refunds will not be issued until goods are received back at our distribution centre in a resaleable condition. Customers are advised to obtain a Royal Mail tracking number on the returned goods.

With items that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or damaged during transit, please notify us of the problem immediately and we will either send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund including your initial The Baby Gifts Company delivery cost. Refunds will not be issued until goods are received back at our distribution centre at the above address.

If you have simply changed your mind or ordered an incorrect size then we will refund the cost of the goods, but P + P is excluded from refund. If a customer returns a product without requesting a replacement, then a refund of the cost of the product will be made back to the customers account minus any postage costs incurred by The Baby Gifts Company.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and strongly recommend that you obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods. You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped. These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Please note that photographs are for representational purposes only and are not necessarily to scale. Colours and content may vary
slightly from the images shown.

All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately.

The Baby Gifts Company endeavour to have all our products availabe permanently. However, as many of our gifts are handmade, occasionally some gifts may be unavailable. If so The Baby Gifts Company reserves the right to substitute an item for another gift of similar value and quality.

Data Protection Act
Any information that you give will only be used by The Baby Gifts Company except where it is necessary to pass this information to third parties for processing your order. Payment online is via a secure site. We do not hold
your credit card details for future transactions.

Liability
The Baby Gifts Company will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our
reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contactor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name address phone number email address. The Baby Gifts Company DOES NOT store your credit/debit card details we use WORLDPAY and PAYPAL for this. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.

You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
