We sincerely hope that
you are delighted with your purchase. If however any items
do not meet your expectations, please return them in perfect
condition with original packaging, along with a completed
returns slip (available from customer services at sales@thebabygiftscompany.co.uk),
within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
The refund will be
in the form of the original method of payment.

Refunds will not be
issued until goods are received back at our distribution centre
in a resaleable condition. Customers are advised to obtain
a Royal Mail tracking number on the returned goods.
With items that have arrived
in an unsatisfactory condition or damaged during transit,
please notify us of the problem immediately and we will either
send you a replacement or provide you with a full refund including
your initial The Baby Gifts Company delivery cost. Refunds
will not be issued until goods are received back at our distribution
centre at the above address.
If you have simply changed your mind or
ordered an incorrect size then we will refund the cost of
the goods, but P + P is excluded from refund. If
a customer returns a product without requesting a replacement,
then a refund of the cost of the product will be made back
to the customers account minus any postage costs incurred
by The Baby Gifts Company.
