do you deliver to?
The Baby Gifts Company delivers to the
following countries:
All UK postcodes.
European Countries: Austria, Belgium,
Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany,
Greece, Gibraltar, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Latvia,
Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal,
Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey.
International Countries that we ship
to: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, United
States, South Africa
2. What are your shipping
and delivery times?
Delivery within UK - will take
2 to 3 working days. If you need next day delivery then please call
us or email
us AND PLACE THE ORDER before 12 noon Monday to Friday.
Delivery with EU - will take up
to 5 working days. International Delivery - can take up to
2 weeks.
Please note that all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, and on
Saturday and on Sunday will be posted on the following Monday. If
the following Monday is a Bank Holiday, the order will be dispatched
on the Tuesday.
3. I need to get an
next day order - how do I do this?
If you need next day delivery then please
PLACE THE ORDER before 12noon Monday to Friday.
4. Can I select a
different billing from delivery address?
Yes. At Checkout select your billing
address which is where your credit card is registered to and enter
your desired delivery address.
5. Can I enter a different
delivery name?
Yes. At Checkout enter the first name
and surname for the billing address, and the required first name
and surname for the delivery address.
6. What payment options
are available?
We accept payments through our website
through worldpay secure transactions with WorldPay part of the Royal
Bank of Scotland Group (RBSG) using the following cards - VISA,
MASTERCARD, SWITCH/MAESTRO, SOLO, JCB. We also accept payments through
Paypal. Please select the the payment method at Checkout - on the
Payment Information page.
7. What currency can
I pay in?
All payment is processed from the currency
to which your credit card is registered to. Please be aware that
all prices are in UK Sterling (GBP) and you will be charged to the
value of the products in UK Sterling (GBP).
8. I have a discount
code - how do I enter it?
Discount codes or coupon codes are entered
at the Checkout pages. The code must be entered at the page. And
only one code can be used in any one order.
9. I am worried about
identity fraud for online trading how securing are you protecting
my data?
Any information that
you give will only be used by The Baby Gifts Company except where
it is necessary to pass this information to third parties for processing
your order. Payment online is via a secure site either WORLDPAY
or PAYPAL. The Baby Gifts Company do not hold your credit card details.

Yes. The Baby Gifts Company offers a
WISH LIST and GIFT LIST service for all The Baby Gifts Company products

12. How do I check
my order status once I have placed my order?
Please enter your Order Number and email
address that you used you place the order on the following page
to check your order status -> ORDER
STATUS PAGE.
13. How do I leave
feedback on a product?
Please email us at our Contact
Us page, we would love to hear your comments good and
bad as we are continually striving to improve our site, product
range and service.
14. How do I find
out when an out of stock product will be back in stock and available
to order?
If there is a product that you are interested
in and it out of stock (if a product is out of stock then there
will be an out of stock message on each product page) then please
email us and
we will advise you of the expected date when it will be back in
stock and available for you to order.
15. How do I select
gift wrapping?
1. To select Gift Wrapping,
please select the "Add Gift Wrap" check box on the product
page itself. If you have selected multiple products then please
select the "Add Gift Wrap" check box only ONCE but don't
worry we will gift wrap all items!
2. Or Add the gift wrapping product
to your basket by selecting the required pink or blue gift box or

All of the Baby Gift Box products
are already Gift Wrapped so no need to add Gift Wrapping.
16. How do I cancel
an order or exchange a product?
After you have received your order confirmation
email then please email this to sales@thebabygiftscompany.co.uk
stating the in the subject header your order number and that you
require to cancel an order. If the item has not shipped then we
will cancel the order immediately. If the item has shipped then
a refund of the cost of the product will be made back to the customers
account minus any postage costs incurred by The Baby Gifts Company.
Refunds will not be issued until goods are received back at our
distribution centre in a resaleable condition. Customers are advised
to obtain a Royal Mail tracking number on the returned goods. The
Baby Gifts Company will not pay for the delivery cost to return
the item back to us. All goods that require a refund MUST be returned
back to the The Baby Gifts Company within 14 days of the original
order date for a refund or exchange. Address for returns is Returns

17. How do I change
an order?
After you have received your order confirmation
email from The Baby Gifts Company please Contact
Us as soon as possible stating the change that you want
to make. If the order has not been processed and/or shipped then
we will refund the items that you want to change, and will ask you
to place a new order for the new items. We will provide you with
a free shipping discount code for this new order so that you don't
pay twice for delivery. We will deliver all items at the same time.
If the order has been processed and/or shipped then we will refund
the cost of the goods, but P + P is excluded from refund only once
we have received back at our distribution centre in a resaleable
condition. If a customer returns a product without requesting a
replacement, then a refund of the cost of the product will be made
back to the customers account minus any postage costs incurred by
The Baby Gifts Company. We will then ask you to place a new order
for the new product. Refunds will not be issued until goods are
received back at our distribution centre in a resaleable condition.
Customers are advised to obtain a Royal Mail tracking number on
the returned goods. The Baby Gifts Company will not pay for the
delivery cost to return the item back to us. All goods that require

18. How do I get
a refund?
We sincerely hope that you
are delighted with your purchase. If however any items do not meet
your expectations, please return them in perfect condition with
original packaging, along with a completed returns slip (available
from customer services at sales@thebabygiftscompany.co.uk),
within 14 days of the original
order date for a refund or exchange.
The refund will be in the
form of the original method of payment.

Refunds
will not be issued until goods are received back at our distribution
centre in a resaleable condition. Refunds will not normally be issued
for personalised goods unless there is a fault. Customers are advised
to obtain a Royal Mail tracking number on the returned goods. With
items that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or damaged
during transit, please notify us of the problem immediately and
we will either send you a replacement or provide you with a full
refund including your initial The Baby Gifts Company delivery cost.
Refunds will not be issued until goods are received back at our
distribution centre at the above address. If you have simply changed
your mind or ordered an incorrect size then we will refund the cost
of the goods, but P + P is excluded from refund. If a customer returns
a product without requesting a replacement, then a refund of the
cost of the product will be made back to the customers account minus
any postage costs incurred by The Baby Gifts Company. We cannot
be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels and strongly recommend
that you obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods.
You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped.
These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights
as a consumer which remain unaffected.

What Information appears in the invoice sent with my order?
No
prices appear on the recipent paperwork that is posted with your
order. So don't worry if you have ordered a gift for someone as
we wont reveal any prices If further proof of purchase is required
other than the worldpay transaction confirmation and your email
order confirmation we shall be happy to supply an invoice with item
and shipping prices.Please contact us on sales@thebabygiftscompany.co.uk
quoting order number.
